Maintenance Technician
Responsible for electrical improvements of all equipment to ensure safety, quality, and established production levels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical maintenance problems, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and software. An Electronics Engineering Technology degree, BSEE, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required along with CAD and Microsoft Office experience. Responsible for providing support for the Quality Management Systems. Mechanical Engineer
Responsible for project management, continuous improvement, equipment design, troubleshooting, safety and cost saving initiatives of the rolling mill and related equipment. A BSME and five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in design and detailing of mechanical assemblies is required. Systems Integrator

Process Engineer
Responsible for developing and controlling processes used in the manufacturing of copper alloys. The Process Engineer will create and maintain standard routings, review customer inquiries, order specifications and proposed changes; perform statistical analysis of metallurgical databases for routing configuration; support manufacturing areas in the efforts of process optimization, productivity and yield improvement, and reduction in manufacturing cost; and facilitate continuous improvement projects when needed. Preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials Science or Metallurgy with 3-5 years of experience in a related field. CQE certification and familiarity with control plans, FMEA, PPAP, and ISO 9001 standards will be a plus. Apply to Job #2533
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Responsibilities include a wide variety of mechanical maintenance inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems in the facility. Requires a range of experience or specific experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, assembly, and disassembly; hydraulic systems; welding and metal fabrication, and a knowledge of rigging and material handling equipment. Two years experience as industrial mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic required. Additional trade school, military, machine shop, and certified welder experience a plus. Quality Specialist
Responsible for providing support to manufacturing areas on quality issues and assisting in the management of internal process improvement and customer satisfaction as it relates to copper alloy production. Responsibilities include: setup verification, product inspection, disposition of nonconforming material, problem solving, investigation of customer complaints, internal process audits, and facilitation of preventative and corrective actions. Must be familiar with root cause analysis and SPC. ASQ CQT certification is a plus.
